?/04 · Frequently asked

In short, how we work

What cargo do you carry?

Light and dark oil products, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, propane-butane) and petroleum coke, across the rail network of Russia and the CIS, 1520 mm gauge.

What wagons do you provide?

Tank cars for oil products, pressure tank cars for liquefied gas and universal gondola cars for petroleum coke. The wagon type is matched to the properties of the product.

How quickly do you agree a request and a rate?

We close a request in 1–3 days. The rate and the route are agreed before the first group of wagons is supplied; the fixed rate includes all costs.

What does full-service freight forwarding include?

Payment of all carriage charges for the loaded and empty runs, 24/7 dispatch control along the whole route and shipping documents issued in the ETRAN system.

Do you form shipper block trains?

Yes. Wagons are combined into block train shipments: the train is formed at the loading station and runs to its destination without re-marshalling, so delivery is faster and the rate is lower.

How do we start?

Call +7 499 346-60-00 or write to info@tanex.team: we clarify the cargo, volume and direction, then propose a wagon type and a rate.
